Must have a valid Sentinel profile & valid Sponsor who has authorised the training.
Must have a Sentinel Card endorsed with a valid in date PTS competence.
For Network Rail Staff, must have a valid PTMP 00 Core competence.

Fitness Medical Requirements to medical and Network Rail Standard NR/L2/OHS/00120 (Drugs & Alcohol).
Must have sufficient command of English language as detailed in Network Rail Company Specification NR/S/CTM/021 (Competence & Training in Track Safety).
Delegates must be at least 16 years of age.
It is the responsibility of the trainees Manager to decide upon their suitability to attend the course in accordance with the current issue of NR/L2/CTM/021 Competence & Training in Track Safety.
Results for the PTMP 16 Safe use of Trolley Equipment Competence will be uploaded onto your Sentinel card/profile within 24 hours on successful completion of the event. Should there be any complication in uploading the competence, we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
Cancellation
Where clients cancel courses within 14 days’ notice, the full fee will apply. If a candidate fails to attend at the appointed time and place or fails to bring with them the specified documentation stated in the joining instructions as required for their course/assessment, the full fee will apply. If a booking is made within 14 days of the event, the booking cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Same day bookings will be charged in advance of attendance and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Candidates must ensure that they can attend the scheduled event before finalising their booking.
Tec Training (GB) Ltd will endeavour to run all advertised and programmed events. However due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a particular event. In such cases, Tec Training (GB) Ltd will not accept any consequential liability irrespective of notice given.
