Sponsor Manager’s Responsibility – The Sponsor Manager is responsible for assessing suitability for this course, following the guidelines in NR/L2/CTM/021 (Competence & Training in Track Safety).
Minimum Age – Must be at least 16 years old.
Sentinel Profile & Sponsor – Must have an active Sentinel profile with a valid Sponsor who has authorised the training.
Valid Sentinel Card – Sentinel Card must be endorsed with a valid, in-date PTS competence.
For Network Rail StaffOnly – Must hold a valid PTMP 00 Core competence.
Medical Requirements – Must meet the medical standards outlined in:
NR/L2/OHS/00124 – Competence Specific Fitness Medical (Medical Level 1 or 2 only).
Results for the PTMP 16 Safe use of Trolley Equipment Competence will be uploaded onto your Sentinel card/profile within 24 hours on successful completion of the event. Should there be any complication in uploading the competence, we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
Cancellation
Where clients cancel courses within 14 days’ notice, the full fee will apply. If a candidate fails to attend at the appointed time and place or fails to bring with them the specified documentation stated in the joining instructions as required for their course/assessment, the full fee will apply. If a booking is made within 14 days of the event, the booking cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Same day bookings will be charged in advance of attendance and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Candidates must ensure that they can attend the scheduled event before finalising their booking.
Tec Training (GB) Ltd will endeavour to run all advertised and programmed events. However due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a particular event. In such cases, Tec Training (GB) Ltd will not accept any consequential liability irrespective of notice given.
